About Us
What
is the Community Connections Information Clearinghouse?
The
UML Community Connections Clearinghouse serves as a “gateway” through which
groups and individuals outside of UML can learn of partnership opportunities
with UML students, staff, and faculty, and UML people can learn from community
people of partnerships in which students, staff, and faculty may wish to
participate.
The
Clearinghouse will, we hope, go far in beginning to make UML resources more
accessible.
The Focus of the Clearinghouse is:
To
assist outside partners in identifying which UML courses have projects, service
learning, practicum, or internship possibilities.
To
assist UML students, staff, and faculty in identifying community partners who
have projects that provide interesting growth opportunities for our students,
staff, and faculty.
